How to access Fairview LINK
You will receive a text message within a few days of your first delivery from Fairview Specialty Pharmacy. Select the personalized link to open our message details in your phone’s web browser.
How to view your message history
Open a recent text link. Tap the ☰ icon at the top left and select Fairview Specialty Pharmacy to open your message feed. Your newest messages appear at the top.
How to bookmark your message feed
Apple iPhone: When viewing your message feed in Safari, tap the icon and then tap "Add bookmark".
Google Android: When viewing your message feed in Chrome, tap the icon right of the address bar and then tap the icon.
Safari and Chrome also allow you to save your feed as a home screen shortcut. Just locate “Add to Home Screen” in the options menu.
How to add supplies to your order
Some medications come with supplies upon request. When you receive a refill reminder message, find the “PLACE ORDER with Supplies” link. Or you can click the “CHAT with us” link to customize your order.
How chat works
When we send you a message, it may include a link to “CHAT with us”. Click the link and a new chat window will open. You use the chat feature to customize orders, add supplies, confirm payment, and update delivery details.
