Fairview Specialty Pharmacy offers free delivery of specialty medications – anywhere in the U.S. – and refill reminders by text or phone to encourage medication adherence. Specialty medication orders are delivered with all the necessary supplies to a patient's home or workplace. When appropriate, direct-to-clinic delivery is also available.
Patients can even fill other prescriptions and order over-the-counter pharmacy supplies at the same time, so they have everything they need to comply with your care plan.

No matter where your patients live in the United States, we'll make sure they get their medications when they need them. We’ll deliver to their home, work, travel destination, as well as to your clinic, if appropriate. And your patients will be glad to know that we never charge extra for shipping.
Throughout the continental U.S., packages are shipped overnight in unmarked, temperature-controlled packaging. If patients are in the Twin Cities metro area, we use a courier service. Patients can also pick up their prescriptions at our specialty pharmacy headquarters: 711 Kasota Avenue, Minneapolis.

For select clinics, we have a team of clinic liaisons for specialty and diabetes care patients, giving their patients a unified clinic-pharmacy experience. Our clinic liaison team consists of 30 highly trained technicians who are experts in their designated disease states. They partner with over 250 departments and clinics across the M Health Fairview System, serving as an extension of their clinics. As ambassadors for the clinics and pharmacies of M Health Fairview clinics and pharmacies, they coordinate prescription fulfillment with all pharmacy partners to create the best patient experience at M Health Fairview.
