We work with your doctor to get your prescription and contact your health plan about your benefits.

When your prescription coverage is approved, we work to get your copay as close to zero as possible. Then we contact you to schedule free at-home delivery or delivery direct to the doctor’s office* if appropriate.

You will receive a call or text notification before your refill is due, so your specialty medication is ready when you need it. Most patients can also fill their non-specialty prescriptions including diabetes supplies, consolidating them for convenient delivery.
